At PHLIZON our goal is to offer you the best shipping, ensuring your planting light arrives quickly, safely, and securely.

To ensure the highest calibre of customer service we exclusively work with Fedex, UPS Ground, DHL and others to fulfill all orders from our warehouses located on the USA, Canada, UK, EU.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic logistical companies have suffered delays. This is an ongoing situation and we are meticulously working to address any issues with delayed orders. If you should have any issues please email support@phlizonstore.com for more information.

United States: Free Shipping on the mainland

Canada: Free Shipping

UK: Shipping fee calculated on check out page

EU: Shipping fee calculated on check out page

Order Schedule

The expected time frame of all orders is divided into 2 parts:

  • Processing time: within 48 hours(excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping time: 3~7 business days

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update. If after 48 hours your parcel tracking number location hasn’t updated please email us.

Delivery Method

America
Support all orders in the United States Mainland. Shipments come via UPS or USPS carriers. No import tax.
Canada Warehouse
Support orders from Canada. all shipments come via Canadapost, Toll, or UPS carriers normally. No import tax.
EU Warehouse
Support orders for 24 European countries: 21 countries of them. (including Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Czech, Hungary, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, ) No import tax.
All shipments come from the Poland warehouse.
United Kingdom Warehouse
All shipments come via DHL, YODEL, Royal Mail, or DPD normally. No import tax.

We are unable to accommodate custom requests for deliveries, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location. Any such requests will have to be arranged by the customer with shipping company directly after placing the order and receiving the tracking number.

Shipping Regions

All of our lights can be shipped internationally. For USA, UK, Candada, EU, please choose when checkout. For other countries, please contact us for the worldwide shipping quote. In this case please allow a couple of weeks (or more) for the products to reach you. Items shipped internationally from China may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Phlizon.

    Shipping Damage

    PHLIZON ships all planting lights in unopened boxes, so customers will receive their planting lights in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at support@phlizonstore.com

    Your Order Shows Delivered But You Don’t Have It

    If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it, please do the following:
    • Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone it may have been left with.
    • If the package is not found please call the shipping company’s directly to report a missing package. so you can get the logistics information fastest.
    • Pls email us about it at the same time. (support@phlizonstore.com)
    Phlizon can not be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please be sure to ship to a secure location! If the items are lost, we need at least 30 days to investigate. so after we provide the tracking number, hope you can follow the dynamics of the logistics of the items, continue to view our mail about the notification, so you will receive the items successfully.
